"George G My name is Stephanie I truly appreciate your review. This company stole approximately $14,500 from me. I am disabled not that it matters. I lost the Camaro I purchased for my son with my pension $3000 cash and I am still being billed by Santander the loan company. I filled a case with the attorney general in the Bronx to no avail. They repoed the car after 3 months so I lost my trade in and my $3000. Most of all I lost the love of my son who blames me for the whole situation. I did purchase him another car for approximately $19,000. But some things you can’t repair this company is a PREDATOR . My credit rating is shot and I will never stop till the wrong is made right. STAY AWAY from this dealership Still waiting for compensation . Thank God according to N YS law you cannot take advantage of the disabled for various reasons. I finally found a lawyer to assist me . You by law cannot take advantage of disabled ppl. Looking forward 2 have our originally sales person to assist me and since they had me start habits that I have been trying to stop ie slice and dice . I will be reibursed to me I will try 2 heal again"

"I was online car shopping and comparing prices and mileage and after picking 5 cars from different dealerships, I called each dealership (2 out of 5, didn’t answer ) to see if the cars advertised were in stock, after that I went to each dealership to look at the cars in person, when I went to Luxury Auto Group they gave me solid upfront pricing and warned me that other dealers would advertise low prices but add additional fee when you get there, I listened but still went to the other dealers to see the other cars, and like they said the other dealers added fees and the final price ended up way higher than the advertised price, so I went back to Luxury Auto Group and purchased the car, the customer service was phenomenal they are very patient and helped me get cheaper insurance than what I would of gotten on my own. I highly recommend them and will be working with them in the future when I decide to upgrade ."
