"Absolutely atrocious service department. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle from them as well. I got a nail in my tire which needs to be replaced. I pay extra for this monthly in case these things happen. Monday my girlfriend who works nights took the car in to get it fixed. She was there for 3 hours before they told her they didn’t have the tire in and had to order it and come back the next day. The following day I took off of work and brought the vehicle in. 2 and a half hours into that appointment I was told they didn’t have the tool to remove the lock nuts from the wheel and it wasn’t in the car. Finally after about 3 more hours I went down and asked if they found the master key they mentioned they would need and was told they can’t get to it because the mechanic that had it has it locked in his tool box and he is off. They gave me the tire and I then drove to Hudson dodge where I was informed by the service manager there that there is no master for my type of vehicle and the only way to get the lug nuts off is to cut them. Now they are not getting me any answers on how they are going to fix this issue and keep blowing off my calls. If you are going to buy a dodge, DON’T DO IT HERE!!!"

"Englewood Cliffs Jeep Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee beginning of July 2024 because I was hearing whirling sounds coming from the vehicle. Was told it was the rear brake pads and rotors. I also asked for the 60k maintenance package. After FOUR hours, plus all the nonsense “flushes”, “services”, and fees, the bill came to $3,778.58. $2,300 in labor + $1,024.38 in parts + $219.41 in “MISC” charges. A month later and I’m still hearing sounds coming from the vehicle. This time around I was told that it was “probably” rocker arms but that I have to pay $750, just to have it looked at. I agreed because I do not want any issues with the engine. After THREE hours I was informed that I need to leave it overnight (Thursday into Friday) for rocker arm replacement and the total would be $3,659.40. Had to authorize payment for them to start working on it. Multiple phone calls and text message reminders from them to make that payment. 6 pm on Friday and no word from this shop. So I had to call them to inquire. The response I received: “oh, no one called you?” NO. NO ONE CALLED ME. NO ONE TEXTED ME. NO ONE EMAILED ME! He then proceeded to tell me the vehicle won’t be ready until Monday afternoon, because they did not want to “rush” the repair. Thursday. Friday. Saturday. Sunday. Monday. How am I supposed to get around? Asked for a loaner, he said no. OVERPRICED. UNPROFESSIONAL. IRRESPONSIBLE. Multiple calls and voicemails to Customer Relations Manager over several days went unanswered. Calls to the Service center were hung up. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! Horrible customer service. On top of their terrible behavior. I was charged almost 4k again, a couple of weeks after taking the vehicle for routine maintenance. The bill was dirty with grease and coffee stains."

"My experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Englewood Cliffs was phenomenal. Everyone went way above and beyond to ensure the smoothest leasing process along with providing excellent customer service. Our salesman Eric was pleasant and very helpful. The sales manager Jay was awesome! He gave us the best deal possible and went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. Lastly the finance manager Jose was extremely personable, friendly and easy to work with. We would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy or lease a new car. They are the absolute best!"

"Horrible service department. I call in to schedule my appointment for service on my RAM. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone, whenever you call in for the service department, they’re not able to get a service advisor on the phone and are told to come in person. 1st I was told a “proxy configuration” on my car was $675 to do. When I picked up the vehicle, I was charged $900 for it. When I asked the service rep, why it was $900. He instantly responded “that’s with tax”. Tax $225? I was told I need to wait until the following Monday to speak to the service manager. 2nd: my front camera has not been working. I dropped it off. Was told it’s good to go and it’s been fixed. It still doesn’t work. Overall experience here is just frustrating. $1,500+ paid in service, and there is no difference in my car from when I dropped it off. Stay away. Never bringing my car here again."

"I had been shopping since October when I first went to Englewood Jeep. I met my salesperson Charmaine Hoilett which was friendly from day one. She showed me a few vehicles and allowed me to test drive my Grand Cherokee 4xe. I knew exactly what I wanted so she really didn't have to try to sell me on different models. She offered me a fair price, but I still was not ready to lease. I continued to shop around and ended up coming back to her and Tim, which is one of the Sales Managers that I dealt with. After coming back to Jeep Englewood Cliffs I realized that the best overall experience was Englewood. Thank you for getting me my Grand Cherokee Overland which I'm very pleased to drive."
