"I've been using Zipcar for about a good ten years now very reliable I love the ability to be able to run vehicles for a few hours even a week if needed gas is included and you could find many vehicle throughout the area"

"The ZipCar franchise in northern Manhattan continues to provide less than stellar service. It would appear that whatever enterprise has been hired by Avis to service these cars for this area is incompetent and uncaring. The last car I rented had an emergency tire on the right front wheel. I was planning a highway trip so no go. The car before that was filthy inside and out, reeked of cigarettes and marijuana and had grease pencil notations on the rear and left quarter panel windows. I'm no saying don't rent. I AM saying check the car carefully before you drive off. Call and complain if you are not satisfied."
