"Called made appointment with a women at the dealership. Told her what was wrong , she asked if I need a loaner, I said yes. No problem Was the response. Ten days later. Traveled 40 minutes, not far but in a heatwave everything is far. Went in spoke with Arcady Tochin service consultant. Starts asking me questions like did I buy the vehicle there I said no. Then he begins to tell me can’t give me a loaner vehicle. New policy. Only giving out loaners to customers who bought there. Not a care in the world, just sorry. Really? Not right! could made an exception. Now traveling in rush hour in this heat. Not good customer service!"
