"When the touchscreen on my relatively new Mustang went dead for no reason, these guys wanted over $1,500 to fix it. They even had the balls to charge me $200, just for the privilege of looking at my car!!! Wowwweee, what a racket. Great job guys, you robbed me for $200 and now I will literally never bring anything to the dealer again. Perhaps you forgot about the concept of "lifetime customer value", because you just made mine a big fat goose egg ($0) whereas you could have had a loyal Ford driver for life. Oh well! It's good to have options... Anyway, after doing a bunch of research I decided to buy a refurbished screen online. Found a local shop to install it in less than a day and my screen works perfectly, all for a fraction of what it would have cost at the dealer. Stay away from these crooks."
