Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I am so disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on route 46 in Little Falls, NJ. I rented a car for the 4th of July weekend, I asked the person helping me (Jose) if they had promotional discounts since I've rented a car from Enterprise 4 times so far. He said he would "hook me up." I'm thinking I would get at least a 10% discount. But I didn't. I was charged over $550 for 4 days. When I called to question the price, I was told, "Oh, the prices go up in the summer." They charged me $100 for collision, which is optional, without asking me. I am so upset, I asked Jose where was the "hook- up" he promised, which I didn't get? I'm not sure how folks give this place 4 or 5 stars. I was lied to, and I feel deceived. I received an email from reviews to give them my reservation number, and more details, and they would look into this. I did that .... Customer Service was uncooperative. I told them that the very least, I should be reimbursed for the collision insurance. I told them I was asked to "sign here" 3 times. I wasn't given the opportunity to read anything. Customer Service just told me to contact the Rent-A-Car. They were useless. We are the consumers. We should have someone advocating for us."

"I can't say enough about the entire team of Enterprise of Little Falls. Everyone was very nice, friendly, helpful with my car rental. They went over their rental agreement made sure I was comfortable with it. They answered all my questions. When I returned the car ,I was greeted by Jose who checked the car in. I would like to thank the entire team listed below. Jose,Max,Genesis,and Lakira. They deserve more then five stars ! I highly recommend Enterprise of Little Falls."
