"If I could give 10 stars, I would do that. This was hands down the best service experience that I have received EVER had from any type of business. If you wonder why getting cash for a junk car could be handled in any way that's extraordinary, imagine what it would be like if you were on a trip 300 miles from home and your transmission gave out on the highway. It's an older car so not worth it to put in a new transmission. You're on the side of the highway and you don't know anybody in that area. You have an important appointment in NYC in 3 hours. In desperation, I got a one-way car rental to finish my trip and get back home. But what to do with my junk car? I would be fined if I just left it on the side of the road. The luckiest random call I made was to Cash For Cars. Ralph who answered immediately sensed the panic and worry in my voice. He talked me down off the ledge. That guy is like 1 in a million. He gave me his private number so I wouldn't need to go through the call menu. He handheld me through a process that would get me into my important appointment in NYC on time. He even offered if it was going to impossible for him to send his tow truck on time, that he would google to find another junk car company who could do it more quickly... and he started to do that research. I could hardly believe it. He pulled a few extra strings on my behalf and made it happen on time and he even had a plan B ready to go just in case. He followed up to make sure everything was perfect. He paid me via PayPal within minutes. Wow. There's a special place in heaven for a guy like Ralph, and Cash for Cars. Even though it was just a "junk" car, he treated me like VIP when I needed it most."

"Ralph was very transparent and honest with the whole process. Also walked me through exactly what needed to happen, as this was the first time I ever sold a car. Nothing wrong with the check they wrote either. Only issue I had was the pickup. While the pickup process was easy, they give a very broad window of 8-5pm. So essentially you’re on call all day just waiting for a phone call. Other than that, a great experience."
