Acura at Park Ave.

"if i can rate this place zero stars i would. steven had helped me out the first time when my cars backup camera went out. though he said the car was going to be there for a whole day and we would have a loaner car however this matter persisted for 3-4 days. i go in for an oil change on 8/10 and steven had gave me the oil change for free in regards for the inconvenience. i was driving the car home from the place and come to find out smoke was coming from my hood. thankfully i was home in time. i had to call the cops and the fire department. i had called this place who had done my oil change and he said he was going to send out the mechanic. THE MECHANIC NEVER SHOWED UP. We verified the address and everything and they never showed up!!! the fire department opens up the hood of the car and come to find out they left a shop rag in my hood which ended up at the bottom burning in the inside of the car causing the car to smoke up. the fire department stated this could have been worse if i continued to drive the car. thankfully i got out in time and there was no gas left on the rag were my car could’ve instantly blown up. I have pictures of the fire department here as well as the rag they had to step on to stop the smoke… unbelievable"

"Honesty does not exist at this company. There is a thief upon their employees. I was robbed a $100 cash bill from my car, please don’t leave anything in your car when you go in for a service."

"Came here to get the car serviced, not our 1st time here and now they say no loarlner car will be provided if you have not purchased from this location. They have to keep the car for service and expect a returning customer to be left with no car. What a shame, taking our business to DCH who where happy to provide service and loaner car."
