"I walked into the dealership on July 5, 2024 at approximately 3:15 pm. I went into the service department. I was the only one standing in line. I was totally ignored. After waiting and noticing no one was with a customer. I asked if anyone was working. Alica looks up and asks the cashier to help me. I then go to the parts department. I stand there until the parts personnel finished with the customer. He walks away and does not say a word. I stand there for several minutes and ring a bell. Another person then approaches and complains. I finally left. The phones do not work,I called 3 times before I drove there and I press the approprate keys for sevice and the phone goes silent 4 times. Don't bother trying to get anything done at this dealership."
