"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your center recently. My Tesla was brought in to address a persistent squeaky noise, for which I was charged a substantial amount of $3,000. Despite this significant expense, the squeak was not resolved when I got my car back. Upon bringing this to your attention, I was informed that the issue was misdiagnosed. However, I am now being charged additional fees for the new diagnosis and subsequent service required to address the original problem. This is highly unacceptable, as I believe the initial diagnosis and service should have been conducted with due diligence, and I should not be financially penalized for your team's oversight. Moreover, I was distressed to find a dent on my car, which was not present before I handed it over for service. This indicates a lack of care and attention to my vehicle during its time at your service center."
"I am utterly appalled by the level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and complete disregard for customer service displayed by the Tesla service center. I recently took my leased Tesla Model 3, which is driven an average of 5 miles a day and parked most of the time, in for a repair of the underbody. What should have been a routine repair has turned into a nightmare. Despite spending over $1000, the underbody of my vehicle was replaced with such carelessness that all the pins are either missing or loose. As a result, the bumper is now misaligned, and various plastic pieces are hanging off the car, creating a hazardous and unsightly condition. To make matters worse, the interior of the trunk was left in complete disarray, a blatant disregard for my property. When I brought these issues to the attention of the service center, I was met with an astonishing level of indifference. They informed me that since it had been 10 days since the service was performed, they were not willing to fix anything. Although I reached out through the app and did the survey within that time frame as well as called and no one ever picks up . This is utterly unacceptable. It is their responsibility to ensure that repairs are done correctly the first time. I am not a service technician, nor do I possess any knowledge about vehicle repairs, yet now I am being forced to bear the financial burden of their incompetence. The fact that I have to pay for additional repairs, after already spending a significant amount of money less than two weeks ago, is beyond infuriating. This experience has demonstrated a severe lack of accountability and respect for customers. I strongly advise against using this service center or purchasing any vehicles from this company. The negligence and unprofessionalism displayed are not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This level of service is inexcusable and should not be tolerated by anyone. This is how I got my car after they fixed it …."
"I stopped by to get a $35 plug for a screw in my tire, but I ended up leaving with a credit card charge of $130. What's worse, there was no estimate provided, no approval sought for the estimate, and I wasn't even given the option to review the bill before they charged my card. To add insult to injury, when I went back to my car, I discovered that they had damaged my brand new rim, which now requires repainting. TIME FOR A RESET: Brought vehicle for service at 4:45pm and sales guy was all too eager to help in checking car in and finding a spot. Let’s see how service pans out."
"Very experienced and friendly staff. We’re from out of state and they worked us in after we hit a massive chunk of concrete on the interstate. We didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommodating and made sure our trip home was going to be safe! They put it up on the lift and verified the only damage was to the aero shield which gave us piece of mind for our drive home, but then surprisingly they were able to repair the car in just an extra 30 minutes or so. The price was fair they were very transparent the whole time. As for the showroom, there was a nice model 3 and model y on display. The restroom was clean, though it would be nice to see a changing station for babies installed (most service centers I’ve been to don’t have this)."
