"This location does not exist. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ. They are a shell company and not interested in actual service. It’s impossible to get anyone from customer service on the line and if you do they’re located in the Philippines. The level of incompetence is absolutely stunning."

"After reading other comments, i realized I was right the first time when I complained that the cars was not cleaned. It appeared to be clean but it wasn't. Also, I got an email this week that I was charged toll which I am happy to pay but what is convenience fee? I used my own Ez-Pass and I am not sure how I got charged. My issue is with the convenience fee, when I didn't even use the ezpass. I would like an explanation of convenience."

"Horrible experience at this location. Car was filthy inside and out but all that was available when I rented. I had to clean the inside myself as the smell of BO was so bad…upon returning the vehicle they hit my credit card with a $400 cleaning fee saying I had pet hair in the car. I never had a dog in the car!!! They are a shady operation just trying to get over on people. Avoid this branch at all costs…"

"Hertz is expensive but the reason I'm giving 5 starts is because of the staff. The lady on the counter is amazing. Its located inside the hotel building and on the left side after entering through the main door. A little confusing but you can find it."
