"I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra that I bought here. Something fell in the truck and broke the glass on my touchscreen on my radio. I called the service dept and explained what happened and they told me it can't be replaced and I would have to replace the radio and it was over $7,000 . Well I did I little research on line ordered a new glass for $39 watched a 15 minute YouTube video. 1 hour start to finish and everything works perfectly."

"Just walked in to the dealership today. There no energy in sales people. When first walked in I told the receptionist I am looking for a new vehicle. She is like ohh okay and didn't seem to know what to do. Bold guy next to the receptionist was rude and was like “what did he said”. Then there’s another guy came to help but it’s like when a new customer walking in there no enthusiasm or energy to help customer. This is the closest Toyota dealer to me and will never go back again."
