My view was labeled as subjective despite the fact that multiple individuals who smelled the car said the exact same thing. I had to carpool with others even though I had the rental because of the bad smell that I couldn't get rid of with even after spraying a lot of air freshener and getting the scented trees."

"when I was at the lowest point of my entire life their night manager who lied to me about a pickup reservation and tried to gaslight me into thinking I selected a pickup reservation while I waited four hours at a 7-11. I was at the end of my rope with my kids being taken from me. this car was my only last option to see my kids possibly for the last time in a long custody battle. I, understandably, got upset at their night manager over this. Freezin cold outside continued to tell him that despite this I would make it to the location that night. he said I had insulted his intelligence and in retaliation to a paid for reservation cancelled it entirely. I called and emailed and begged this grown man as an adult to please not do this to me. I had already tried to take myself out of my misery over my hopeless situation. I spoke to this night manager for an hour begging that night. He almost mockingly offered to all the cops for me, said I could book any other cas rental but the truth is they all had $500 deposits and I couldn't afford the trip in Ubers to EWR plus this ride. in the last moments when I could see my kids this locations night manager told a grown 35 year old man crying and begging on the phone in the cold at night for him to honor the reservation maintained his right to cancel me completely and deny a new booking despite having cars available. because despite being right about our previous conversations, despite me begging and apologizing, and despite my kids felt that my sin of being upset at my lowest possible point was less important than me seeing my kids and the company making this reservation. I beg you for the sake of families, loving and trying fathers and humanity out there do not use this company. and I hope my kids can forgive me for trying my best and still falling short. please never grow up to be this person or company that can take stubborness to a level of such viscous and uneven payback. please tell me why people are like this. theres a recording of all this at this at JMJ. I hope they catch everything they deserve"
