"My friends and I decided to come here as we saw it as a highly recommended place to go for some good donuts, my friends and I were appalled by the level of disrespect the cashier was giving us. Maybe things are done differently in Buffalo but at least show some respect to your customers, we simply asked if you guys take credit card but the cashier had the audacity to scoff and laugh in our face when we expected a credit card machine, and said in her snarky voice “well you gotta give me your card”. Whoever says that the service has always been amazing has to objectively lying as there’s just no way that is true. There aren’t even labels on these donuts, I asked the cashier what they are and she just ignored my question. I asked her what’s popular, she just pointed at a batch of random donuts. I get that you might not like your job but at least show some level of respect to customers, we’ve all been there and it’s not an excuse to treat your customers that way. We won’t be coming to this place again, as others have said this is overhyped and overrated. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere that has similar donuts, at least you’ll know what they are as they’ll have LABELS on them."

"Another local favourite, it seems! Very affordable prices at $1.50 each for great quality donuts. If you spend over $5, you can pay with a card. Decent amount of options to choose from despite coming more later in the afternoon. I really recommend the classic glazed donut. It was very soft and fluffy. I would totally come back again when I'm in the area."

"Never a bad experience or a crusty donut! We needed donuts for my employer's Mardi Gras celebration and I reached out to see if we could place a somewhat large order with specific sprinkles. I was unable to find a large amount of the color scheme but Famous were gracious enough to try and accommodate our needs. The pricing was extremely fair and the donuts were ready as soon as I walked in the door. These are THE FRESHEST, MOST AIRY AND DELICIOUS DONUTS EVER! I suggest that you get here by plane, train or automobile ASAP!"

"Date of Visit: Sunday Aug 6th Good old fashioned doughnut shop. They make doughnuts for wwholesale and retail. The shop is a large bakery -with a small retail sector. The doughnut flavours are very classic and traditional flavours. They are very fresh and well made – with a soft dough."

"Not a bad little donut shop. Went because the hype looked like it would be awesome it was ok to be honest. They only had a handful of flavors and types. The staff seemed nice and we got in and out of there within 5 mins. Got a glazed twist and cinnamon bun type donut. It wasn't too fluffy-ish but more on the dense side was tasty but not my favorite place I've been. They only really seem to take cash and only allow card over purchases over 5 bucks. Just wish there was more variety for the hype of reviews."
