"Had a good experience with this shipper. Had a 2am appointment, showed up at 1:30 and got a door right away. Was told loads typically take two hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes later he knocked on my door all set to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful with advice on which route to take out. Plenty of space for maneuvering when docking and a few spots for parking if you show up early. Restroom on site was clean. No cell service so download a show or two to watch while you wait and send any messages before hand. I took the 16 out to 357, was a pretty quick route back to 88. Long drive through woods and towns no matter which way you go but not a bad route out in my opinion, way quicker than what Garmin suggested"

"Fast in out. Not sure if they let you stay overnight, but I did see several trucks w curtains closed away from loading area Very friendly. About 10 docks for shipping. Driver facilities. Roads in out are country, fyi.."

"Make sure you have the correct pick up information before heading here. Zero cell reception (Verizon) other than in the lobby. People are sorta nice but refuse to look up the number they need with all the other info they sent over to us. Like the PO# they issued. Some people say overnight parking. I didn’t get it. And extremely long load time."

"Was not bad at all. Did delivery here. You will see a big sign "Truck deliveries" fallow the sign all the way to the gate. If you get door #22 !! Go through gate make left, fallow the road all around the buildings, will be an other gate"Exit" and door 20 and 21 on the left. Go through gate back to the main road make left back to the same driway like you starting all over again . Before you get to the corner of the building, door #22 will be on your left side. Staff is friendly got empty on the full trailer in 45 min.."

"Very slow. I’m here 10 h and didn’t get door. Other trucks are waiting on docks at least 3 h. Location is in middle of nowhere. No phone , no internet, no food , restroom are out of service. Cell phone doesn’t work too Totally I wasted 14 h. Try to avoid this place."
