"This is a moving company that absolutely dropped the ball assisting with my moving experience. I ordered a uhaul box truck(that was fine) even though they did change the pickup location after placing order. The huge issue was I ordered 2 XL BOXES 2 med, 2 large and TAPE. I paid $19 for those items but they WERE NOT PROVIDED IN THE TRUCK(only items in truck were 1 dolly & moving blankets that I DIDN’T need nor did I use. I called customer service about 10 times because I was moving that day and had the truck & help for one day only and needed the additional boxes and the tape. No customer service rep could help me I was even hung up on. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who still couldn’t assist because all of the stores were closed by 12pm on Saturday and was even told the boxes/tape weren’t on the receipt. Well that’s funny because I have the screenshot of the order(items and amount) and the pending transaction for $19 from my card so that’s hard to believe. I was never provided the moving boxes after spending over an hour calling different customer service reps and a sup. Horrible moving experience, I most likely would NOT use this company again and just get friends/family with trucks to assist with moving in the future because it will definitely be much cheaper and way less stressful. Only giving it two stars because the truck itself was fine and really helped but horrible customer service and unorganized company."

"I need a car hauler to go with the truck we were using to move from new york to Indiana I called different places that had uhaul to rent and was told to get the car hauler I would have to go up into the bigger city to find it which I was not happy about i called this place last the young lady told me that she would have the truck and. Car hauler together on the day we needed she tooked care of Making the phone calls and sure enough on the day we went to pick up the truck they both were together and her husband helped my husband who has cancer put the car up on the hauler and secured it good and showed my husband how to get the car down off the hauler when we got to our new place we were very appreciated how much they did for us to make this move go better The place was a gas garage in Gasport new york so if you need a uhaul dealer who going out of the way to treat people with such niceness"

"Very nice people. First thing in the morning and that place was busy already but I wasn't rushed. Hooked up the trailer for me and made sure all the lights worked, unlike another dealer in the area. Will use again even though it is a little farther to travel."

"This place is a FANTASTIC auto repair! My former mechanic went out of business, and they suggested I use this shop. They were not wrong! I am totally pleased, my wife feels safe and secure with them and driving vehicles they have serviced. We trust them, and we TRUST their repair jobs, and auto servicing. They have very knowledgeable employees - in fact, one of our favorite mechanic from the old place is there now - and we have witnessed his amazing abilities with automotive repair. The owner, Kevin, also just has to be on the TOP NOTCH MECHANIC LIST - he is so knowledgeable and experienced! They have VERY FAIR hourly fees, they do the work quickly, they don’t cheat or rip people off and every employee is friendly and very polite. I have had a Chevy pick up, a Mazda, a Ford all in this shop for various repairs - and again, I can only praise the work. Your auto returns to you clean, and well repaired. If you wait, for your repair, they provide free WIFI access, and a clean comfortable seating area. They try to accommodate every client, and make mechanical breakdowns a minimum of hassle. They also do some great body work, on automotive vehicles. This place makes U-HAUL rental easy. Hey, they also sell some really nice vehicles at reasonable prices."
