"Front desk representative provided very good service. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The issue reported was not resolved and vehicle as returned with same issues. In addition, after taking the vehicle to another shop it was identified the alignment recommended was not executed accurately and parameters are still out of Audi specification."

"Have typically had very good experiences at Audi Buffalo, both in sales (purchased multiple vehicles from them) and service. Took a star off though with my recent service due to an ongoing challenge they seem to be experiencing in getting the 3 outstanding recalls on my car resolved. It's important to note that none of these recalls are major, nor do they impact my ability to drive and enjoy my car, but over the past few months several West-Herr employees have told me they've ordered the necessary parts but these "orders" never seem to get fulfilled within whatever process they are following. So now it appears that when these parts do come in I will need to schedule an additional appointment. Again, not a big deal but a bit frustrating."
