"I went to Lia Honda to buy my wife a new 2025 Honda Pilot. As soon as we arrived at the dealership Sales Consultant Kong Gao greeted us. This guy was so nice and made the whole buying experience smooth and stress free. If you want to buy a car with no pressure like some big car dealers then go to Lia Honda and see Kong Gao. I can't stress enough how nice this guy was to us."
"I scheduled two appointments for repairs on my minivan's sliding door latches, which were not fully engaging. This posed a serious risk of the doors sliding open while driving with my children in the vehicle. The first appointment, set for 12 PM last week, was abruptly canceled by the dealership at 8:30 AM. I had rearranged my day and canceled another engagement. I rescheduled for today at 12 PM, but at 10:30 AM, I received another call to reschedule. This was after I had called the day prior to confirm my appt was approved & I was assured it was approved and all set. Having driven an hour to the dealership, I organized my day around this visit. The dealership then called me back, saying they would do the repair. An hour later, I was told the repair couldn't be completed because they overbooked the shop. They offered a rental but insisted I pay for the gas, even though the mistake was on their end. I had already been going back and forth for three weeks with the dealership and Honda corporate regarding this repair. When I requested to speak to the store manager, Neil Tata implied he was the store manager, but I later discovered he was not. Neil claimed he was responsible for approving the warranty repair and that Honda corporate had no involvement. I questioned why, if he was to approve it, the repair had not been approved yet. I then spoke with the actual store manager, Christopher Michienzi. Chris was condescending and interrupted me, suggesting I was unhappy only because I wasn't getting the answer I wanted, ignoring my concerns. He contradicted what was said in my previous conversation with the service manager, although he was not present for it. After realizing the conversation was unproductive, I left the dealership, shaking hands with both Neil and Chris. I was provided a Honda Accord as a rental, which was inadequate for my needs, as I have three children and their football gear. The rental car was filthy, with trash from the previous renter, and had only a quarter tank of gas, despite assurances that I wouldn't need to replace the gas."
"Lia Honda was wonderful to deal with. Antoine was especially friendly and we never felt pressured. Very straightforward but we also knew what we wanted. Everyone else Renee and Matt were also easy to work with on learning the technology and the financing. Definitely will recommend and already passed on Antoine’s card to our nephew.
