"This is in addition to my original review below - I have needed to bring my vehicle in a handful of times this year. Every time, I have worked with Rebekah at the service desk and she has always been an absolute pleasure to speak to. My vehicle is of the utmost importance in my job/career and its high mileage use every day. She is very helpful, kind, and understanding to my needs. I appreciate the service and communication she provides. She truly makes it more comfortable - even easy - to spend the money needed - as I feel my needs and service of my vehicle are in good hands, being well taken care of. 8/15/2024 I had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Rebekah at West Herr Nissan Williamsville Service Center. Their communication, kindness and understanding truly made for a wonderful experience. I truly appreciated their time and service. Despite never meeting them before my car was brought in, I felt they treated me as a friend, who’s best interest they had in mind. Thank you Dennis and Rebekah for your wonderful service. Very helpful and kind, both on the phone and in person. I will certainly continue to have my vehicle serviced through this location."

"I had an 8:45 am appointment, when I scheduled they told me to drop my key in the drop box because they would not be open before I had to start work. And that is why they gave me the 8:45 am appointment. I dropped my car off at 7:45 am and put my key in the drop box and filled out the envelope. At 1:20 I had not heard anything from the dealership so I called. The woman on the phone stated she couldn’t find my information. I told her my key was in the drop box and then she put me on hold. She apologized and said that my key got stuck and they would start on my car right away. I got a phone call after that from Mohammad, and he told me that it would take 3 hours to do the service. I asked if it would be done that day, he said they would try. I said my car had been there since 7:45 am. He said there were appointments ahead of me. I said I had an appointment at 8:45 and they never took my key out. He said that wasn’t true there must be a miscommunication. I said that’s what the woman just told me. I get a phone call 45 mins later that my car is ready. Strange that it was supposed to be a 3 hour process. I would have stayed and waited for a 45 min issue. When I went to pick up my car he again told me incorrect information that my car had been worked on since 10 am. Which how could it? I called at 1:20, and nobody even know it was there. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had."
