"I would definitely recommend Joe Brown and Credit Planet to anyone looking for a vehicle. When I called on a 2017 Jeep Renegade, Joe didn't give me a run around about not being able to get financed, he did everything he could to make it work and I am driving the vehicle I chose not one I had to take. Joe Brown went above and beyond to make me happy and get the vehicle I wanted. Definitely give him a chance to get you in your next vehicle. Thanks again Joe for all you did, you were great."
"Wow definition of a snake oil salesman. First off the buying experience. I was in desperate need for a car as mine was breaking down and I needed a ride to work. The “credit check” marked my credit score 3 times in one week and I still got robbed on the rate. Joe is just trying to get the cars out of the store and his attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. Secondly once I owned the car I’ve now had problems totaling 3 grand and I can’t do anything about it. Problems started happening probably 5 days after the warranty expired and they wanted nothing to do with me. This dealership deserves 0 stars."
"The vehicle i wanted to buy and finance had quite a few miles on it but Joe put in loan inquiries to quite a few lending institutions to get their rates and he picked the best one. This took a little bit of time but he went the extra mile to get the best rate. Very friendly and helpful, when I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new not like a used vehicle. The price was right also."
"Could not be happier with the service provided by Joe and his team. As a first time car buyer Joe kept things as simple as possible and left me confident in my decision. I have zero buyers remorse. They have continued to be just as wonderful in the months following the purchase of my car as they were the first day I stepped in as a potential sale."
"I will never purchase another car from here again. I bought a 2012 Sonata from this place in March of 2017. The salesman Joe uses old school tactics to sell you whatever. Originally, I applied for a Toyota Camry. When I found out it was a previous rental (you never purchase a buyback rental as it’s more than likely been abused and driven hard) I told Joe this and his reply was standard, “With a former rental, at least you know the company stays on top of the maintenance”. This isn’t true but Joe really needs to sell me the Camry. When I asked him if I could get the Sonata WITHOUT ANOTHER HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT, Joe said “that shouldn’t be a problem”. Joe lied, surprised? I did get 2 hard inquires on my report and as for the Sonata? When I went for a test drive, I got in an it smelled like a wet dog. Keep in mind, I have over $300 in car cleaning products and 4 different types of waxes. I know how to clean cars. Joe was quick to reply, “That smell is just the cleaning products drying as they just shampooed the seats”. Another lie. The car had cigarette burns in the seats, door trim and around the shift lever. The carpets and seats had/have stains that are impossible and when I replaced the speakers in the door, there was dried puke all on the inside of both rear panels. I had to plead to this company to change out the cabin air filter (still smelled like cigarettes after 2 weeks from purchase). After shampooing the headliner, seats and carpet 3 times, the car finally smells decent. Here’s a tip, DO NOT FILL OUT ANY CREDIT APPLICATION ON THEIR WEBSITE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE CAR FIRST! The pictures on the website don’t show all the details. Avoid this place if your credit is in good standing, you’ll get a better interest rate anywhere else."
