"My mother was due to be picked up and be transported back to her nursing facility and the van was over 30 mins late. I will never use this device again. This is not acceptable. Update: she was scheduled to be picked up between 10:00 and 10:30, the van did not arrive until 11: 25am. I suspect that Christian failed to schedule this trip properly He kept telling us that the van was only a minute away and on the last phone call he told us that the van driver went to the wrong address. However, it was the same van driver that dropped her off and he knew where the pick up address was. I spoke to the van driver when he arrived with my mother and told him that she was scheduled to be picked up between 10:00 and 10:30. Because the van was so late picking my mother back up, I was late for work and could face disciplinary action. Because my mother is not a resident of the facility that she was visiting, staff was not able to stay with her while they waited for the van. I had to stay. I can understand being 30 minutes late, almost an hour and a half late is not acceptable. I don't know what this company needs to do to fix their scheduling issues, but I suggest they start with Christian."

"Never EVER on time. Missed several appointments because of their incompetence. Looking for a higher up to get them shut down. Medicare and Medicaid pay them for services that are never received. Wish there was an option for minus 30 stars"

"This is my first time using them for my mom and they are horrible. Pick up was for 10 AM. It is now 10:43 AM and I am still waiting. I was told a half hour ago that my driver would be here in five minutes. I called back 15 minutes ago And then they said the driver will be here in seven minutes. I’m still waiting. I will never ever ever use them again. Honestly, they did not even deserve the one star they should have an option to give someone zero stars"

"Usually take Buffalo transportation but my PT set me up this time and it was with Prime. After being more than an hour late I missed half of my Physical Therapy. First and last time"
