"Bought a 2024 Genesis GV 70 in the fall of 2023 and was thrilled with the car. However, I have come to find out that the service quality leaves much to be desired! Had to have the car towed last week Monday for service due to a series of safety warnings all coming up simultaneously. At their instruction had the car towed to the dealership but a week later they still haven't even looked at it. Surprisingly, they don't even know when they might look at it to diagnose the problem and when service might be completed and my car returned. A real let down from a service excellence perspective and far short of what I have experienced owning other "luxury" cars. With only 6,000 miles on the car, I am seriously questioning if I made a very bad decision in buying a Genesis!"

"We rolled into the Genesis dealership expecting luxury vibes, but it felt more like a used car lot/frat party. The chaotic parking lot and office conversations, from explicit exclamations to hormone therapy details, made us feel like we stumbled into a used car lot comedy show. For example, a staff member in the adjacent office was talking loudly about their hormone replacements involving estrogen and testosterone and then got into private details about a urologist. It was quiet uncomfortable. We then overheard a conversation about the “attractive” woman they were looking at online. Then, a female staff member, curious if another staffer sealed the car deal, let out a boisterous "Mother******!" when she got a negative response. Talk about a ‘luxury’ car buying experience! To top that off, they refused to give us the trade in value of our car until AFTER they ran our credit. I politely asked for them not to do this but they smirked at me and did it anyway. Now we have a hard credit pull on our record. I can’t express how pushy and unprofessional the staff was. It wouldn't hurt if a higher-up from corporate Genesis paid a visit to this dealership to whip these guys into shape. Lexus in Rochester was our savior – they know how to treat customers. Goodbye, frat house; hello, luxury experience!"
