Cooperstown Diner

"It’s certainly not much to look at from the outside (or inside for that matter), but the food and service was good. It’s a really tiny building with seating for no more than about 16 or so. A positive for many is that they serve breakfast all day. That was the appeal for a few in our group and they both very much liked what they got. I had their chicken club with onion rings and both were really delicious. Overall it’s tighter quarters than I like. The bathroom is in the back and you have to walk sort of in/near their kitchen which is just weird. Good enough for what it was, but nothing particularly special."

"We had no plans for lunch after we visited the Hall of Fame, but saw the diner and determined it must be good. It was not. It was amazing! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is charming. Seriously. It’s got that old diner charm with the lunch counter and a couple of tables. A somewhat limited menu - but there’s something for everyone on it. Both my husband and I had the smaller burgers - which at 7 oz was still HUGE I managed to eat a good amount even still. Even the patrons - some local and frequent, some tourists like us - were friendly and we had a fantastic visit. 10/10 will return if we’re ever back in Cooperstown."

"The is such a cute little diner, the food is fresh and boy is the burger big. It is so fresh and delicious. Note the hours. They close at 3 pm and not open for dinner."
