"Worst Starbucks ever. Staff works unethically and manipulative specially the lady taking orders. They try to sell/ impose you what they have not what you want. It’s a shame my drink wasn’t the one I ordered. I randomly checked my drink & caught them red handed then all they could say is sorry we are out of stock for that one. But why didn’t you tell me & ask me to alter my order??? Why did you even take my order despite I checked thrice with you?? Infact the lady very confidently said yes & gave me something totally different. Upon revelation, All of the staff then came to cover up instead of admitting their mistake. Bunch of liers & unethical people work here who are just there to steal your money. Don’t go to this one. There are plenty of ethical business in the area give your business to them & not these manipulators."

"The coffee was horrendous. We brought it back and she did her best to fix it and was very courteous but the bold was the weakest coffee we ever tasted. We drove on to Watertown and the coffee there was wonderful. Please ask them how they are making their coffee! It was hot strong and fresh. Yours sadly was lukewarm, weak and tasted old"
