"Not at airport! This office is halfway across town, not actually at the airport, despite what maps tells you."
"I never rented a wreck.. Lol"
"They were very accommodating. Planned a flight up there with my wife for the weekend. They had the car ready at the FBO right when we landed. Great service. Price was a little more than the places in town, but well worth it for the convenience, their level of service and the quality of the car. If I'm ever up there again I will choose them without question."
"They took care of me when the kther car company did not! I would choose them again!"
"This is a crooked, rude, military disrespecting service!! I rented a van from this disgusting business over the holidays. When I received the van the van it had damage to the rear bumper which I pointed out to the manager who was my cashier and brought me the van. I found it odd that he didn't want to walk the outside of the vehicle with me before I got the keys. When returning the van I had a nice young lady as a cashier whom inspected the vehicle before before checking me out. Before the cashier could hand me my receipt the manager (who rented me the smashed up van) emerged from the back of the offices and said to the cashier I need to speak to him before he leaves. (I assumed this was because I let the cashier know the windshield wipers blades needed replaced and the van vibrated slightly on he highway.) The manager returned and took the cashiers place. He asked me "What's up with the damage on the bumper?". I said "Are you kidding me? You and I discussed the bumper when you brought the van out and you said it was noted that there was previous damage." He responded with "No, it wasn't there before." I couldn't believe that he was going to try to pull this on me... I explained that I had 2 people with me at the time of pick-up and that they also noticed the damage and stopped me before we left the lot to mention it. He tried to argue that he was right and in the end he checked me out and we went our separate ways. On my way to my vehicle on the lot the nice lady that was my cashier, before the manager tried to rob me, stopped me and apologized on the behalf of the business, explained that what he (the manager) was doing was wrong, and that she knew the owner personally. She requested my info so that she could make the owner aware of what transpired. I gave it to her but still explained I would never return to the business and would be keeping as many soldiers away as I could save from the crooked business. She apologized again and I left. Three days later I get a call from the manager of this crooked business. He tries to say I needed to pay for the damage on the bumper. I refused called him a crook and explained to him what transpired in the parking lot with the lady cashier and that she was suppose to have gotten the owner involved because she disagreed with him trying to rob me. He then puts the owner on a speaker phone conversation so that he could say the damage was my fault and it was found when they were cleaning the car. I told him to pull the surveillance footage from the day of the rental and that it would resolve the problems entirely. It would show the damage and the conversation taking place with the manager about the damage prior to me taking possession of the vehicle. He agreed that it was a way to settle everything and then quickly changed the subject to say I was rude and I must be a low rank because I became unprofessional on the phone while him and his manager were trying to rob me! What a joke!"
