"Went in today at 4:15 as it is the only one I know of around here now. Two employees one male, one female sitting slouched on the counter behind register talking. Neither said a word to us. We stood right next to them at the case to order chocolate. Neither acknowledged or offered to help us much less move an inch or stopped talking. Clearly saw us. Did the same with the rest of people we saw come in after us. Horrible. I was going to buy a bunch of smidgens but I'll get my chocolate from a different place from now on. We usually buy all our corporate christmas candy for all our accounts there too. I'll try somewhere else this year. Store was pretty bare too. Hardly had anything in stock. Too bad. Another place down the drain"

"Horrible service. Came in with my 2 year old daughter for shortbread cookies. Gentleman associate who I asked to help suggested covered chocolate covered crack. The associate was very inappropriate and made no sense. All I was trying to do was to buy my daughter shortbread cookies and this guy suggested I buy crack."
