"If I could give it zero stars, I would went there yesterday paid 547. I believe the total was it was five dollars. I do know that for a s’mores cold brew it was around 5 o’clock 530 around aboutThe lady behind the counter was just plain rude. The guy called out my name and told me that they had no more cold brew made, OK I understand so I wanted my money back but he wanted to give me an iced coffee instead I said OK that’s fine. Can I just have the difference the rude lady behind the Cash register said they could not give me a refund that I would have to come back tomorrow because there was no manager on shift as a former worker at Dunkin, I know they can in fact do a refund without a manager present as I was telling the young man what I wanted to drink, she proceeded to be rude and told me I could go Summers out. I’m not getting a refund the gentleman and I had our discussed what I was going to get to drink, he was great. I wish I didn’t but as for the young lady that was on the register, she was rude. *UPDATE* I called to speak to the manager. I talked to the shift lead who took my name and number told me the manager would call me if not to call her on my lunch at 12. It is now 1247. I have tried to call twice now after she told me somebody would answer the phone, nobody is answering the phone. Nobody has called me. Will not be going back to this establishment."
"Look at this amount of cream cheese. Absolutely diabolical. & they messed up my coffee!"
"On Sunday, March 3, around 10 am at Dunkin Destiny, I ordered 3 large regular coffees and 1 large iced Chai latte. It did not seem to be busy, only one other person waiting. My regular coffees came out one at a time about 5 minutes apart. The Chai latte was a problem however. There were 4 employees and another who i assumed was a manager. It seemed only one person knew how to make the lattes, and not well because he asked me questions about it. I tried to make sure he was talking about my order and the manager got a little snippy and said the employees were very busy and to be patient. I explained i was only answering his question. Then I was informed that they were out of regular milk at 10 in the morning. It seems all the employees were new as they were very confused about orders. I believe online orders were given preference as people came and went for 25 minutes! while I waited for my order. The manager was doing her own thing and was not giving her employees enough guidance and i believe she could have done more. I like Dunkin but I will never go to this one again."
"The employees treat customers horribly. I just stood here and watched someone yell at a customer that the hazelnut drink was theirs and when the customer said she ordered it with caramel, the employee didn't even apologize. They screw up food orders frequently. The only reason they're in business is because it's Dunkin and it's in the mall. People are too brainwashed to just not go there because of how bad it is."
"No Customer service thank you, and this is how my large hot chocolate with whipped cream looked within a few moments after ordering. I even asked if they added the whip cream, before walking straight to the food court and opening up my cup."
