"10 stars wouldn't be enough for the shop at this facility! I am running an OTR tractor of theirs and hadn't had any luck getting an airbag leak taken care of at other Ryders... Then I called E Syracuse. They not only had the part in stock but they squeezed me in and I was in/out in under an hour total, and that includes replacing a drive tire with a side cut, also. Wow! Service department lived up to their name. I highly recommend this facility for repairs. Room out back for trailer drops while getting tractors worked on. Easy peasy. Couldn't be happier to have had to get a tractor worked on than I am right now. A+ crew, from the folks that answer the phone, to the man who changed the tire and airbag out so quickly.
