"Terrible customer service. The only good thing that I have to say is that it was a reasonable price , I wasn’t overcharged . A mechanic named Aldin was very rude and swore at me. When I came to pick up my vehicle the alignment was off so bad I could barely drive it home, while he did not have equipment in his garage to do an alignment he completely failed to even mention that I should go get one. The reason that he had no idea how bad the car was driving was because he admitted he did not even take it for a test drive after having done all those serious repairs on the vehicle that left it dangerous to drive . He also put aftermarket parts in my vehicle that broke within three months. When i called him up he didn’t even have the decency to tell me what the make/model was of the part so I could replace the adjacent part. Therefore everything that he put in the car 3 months ago ($1,300) all but 1 part had to be replaced all over again. Only one of the parts being replaced was worn out, the other was still functioning but still had to be replace because he would not cooperate and let us know what the foreign part make/model was . The parts he purchased were off-line and could not be found at any of the parts stores ( auto-zone, advanced auto, oreillys, etc) I will never be returning to this place and I will make sure that nobody I know comes here either. Bad business bureau is written all over this."
