"I just had an oil change done there. On the way back home from an eye appointment in Binghamton my car started making a great amount of noise under the hood. Upon inspection by my son the oil pan access cover was half chewed off because the front was unfastened. It’s ruined and today they refused to do anything about it. ............ So after being blown off the first time, I returned to speak with the manager, Alan. He listened to me and agreed to replace the oil pan cover. He ordered one and installed it and made things right. "If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Went in for just the state inspection and they had a huge list of problems with my car and told me the car failed. I took it to my certified dealer and it passed with flying colors. This place is such a scam and they are looking to bleed you dry with repairs you don't need. Never use this company"
