"Drivers never come here for load ,check in 1:30pm It's already 9:10pm and still waiting for loading"

"If you ever get loaded there, please be careful. I got a load of frozen bread temp-10°F continuous. After i check-in the loader came out and told me"its freezing inside my trailer to turn it off. My temp was already at -10 "I comply with the loader,I turn the unit off. Little did I know, the man put a bread that wasn't stored in -10°F. After I drive 300 miles, my temp read 25°F, another 200 miles I'm at 15°F. I'm scared as a MOTHER F#CK3R. Come the next morning at 0500Hr, I'm at 5°F. Just to be safe, I called the after Hrs carrier in Florenc,sc. The tech came, about 1hr½. he said, "your reefer is running perfectly fine, your belt are tight, filter clean, no leak whatsoever refrigerant level is fine, no sensor problem, no alarm". Then he said if you got hot product or anything that wasn't stored at -10, the unit might have hard time reaching-10. That's when I remember the loader came to me with a jeans on an a short sleeve shirt. I've been doing reefer load for a long time, I've never seen anyone working in that kind of temperature dress like . That after hrs emergency call, coat me $500. I made it to my Del at -5°F. I have a feeling, the broker was a part of it because, he kept asking me for pictures showing my temp at -10°F, I just ignored him & don't answer call throughout the trip. BE VERY CAREFUL"
"Got hired there and on what was supposed to be my first day a 5pm-1am shift, turned into a 25 minute experience and nothing more. Came in nobody knew who I was or that I was gonna be starting that day, no idea who hired me. Only have you wear a hair/beard net and wash your hands besides that your touching raw and/or cooked dough with bare hands. The equipment being used both machinery and trays for the dough were disgusting. Black char was just flaking off the tins underneath my nails and they have no mandatory wash breaks to keep your hands clean, just have you go from station to station touching things with just a simple wipe of the hands on a dirty rag ( which they didn’t even bother to give me one). Not one but 2 different types of machinery in the factory had issues, when I needed the manager to explain to me the rest of my position he was nowhere to be found and just very unprofessional. I’ve worked in a factory/warehouse setting before so I get it doesn’t always run smooth but this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had."
