"Very unfriendly, they acted like dealing with customers was a massive inconvenience. Wouldn't allow us to leave our car for a 1 day local rental. Seems primarily concerned with selling trailers, treats U-haul customers like annoyances. Charged us $150 for accidentally leaving an item in the truck. Worst U-haul place I've ever used, stay away."
