"Roger and Angela were extremely helpful and not pushy like other car sales people that call or text 900 times. The only issue so far is not really an issue. My mother is an anxious person and CNY Drives does a 60 point inspection and it can take 7 business days…well it is taking 7 business days and there is no update on why, like do they have a lot of cars they are working on or did they find an issue that they have to fix. My mom has texted Roger a few times but he says he hasn’t heard anything about it. So of course she thinks the worst, that they found an issue and it’s taking a while to fix or they will come back and tell us they can’t fix it and we will have to find another car. To me, this is a good thing. Id rather they take their time and make sure I get a safe sturdy car, but she is worried something is wrong. I think better communication between the repair guys and the sales guys would help this so other anxious people don’t have to worry unnecessarily. But other than that it’s been an easy process with helpful staff and a nice selection of vehicles in my price range."
