"I called to have a replacement kitchen faucet installed as my old one was leaking badly. Receptionist took my info and said she didn't know when someone could come. 10 minutes later I received a phone call and the young man (Mark---not the owner Mark) called and said I will be there within 15 minutes. Such a nice and knowledgeable young man. Installed my new faucet and was done within an hour. I am VERY pleased!"

"Scheduled an estimate for HVAC repair and when they showed up at the residence they just went ahead and put in refrigerate without checking the system or contacting me to inform me of what is happening. I didn't know until I got a large bill in the mail, there was no estimate or communication on suggested work needed. The AC system still didn't work due to leaks from being old. Tried calling them to discuss the situation but they don't return the calls. BEWARE!"
