McDonald's

"This store is supposed to be open for drive through at 6. That means that the restaurant should be ready to serve food at 6. It is now almost 7 and some Spanish lady gave me an attitude when telling me the chicken wasn't ready yet for chicken mcgriddle. Last I checked whatever shift that individual has, means be on time and ready. The food should be ready. Hire people that are responsible and know how to get to work. McDonald's....the multi-billion company...still can't seem to hire the right candidates..yet they want how much per hour?... Sorry but naaahhh. People that have trouble doing a simplistic job...and yes I've had hard jobs ...mechanic for example...so if.i have to be up and on point for my job I damn well expect a McDonald's employee to be do the damn same. Actually had to edit this ....this place is horrible when it comes to service...the managers act stupid when an order was placed 10 min prior on the mobile app. The people who work here...none want to walk the food out to curbside, or if they do it takes forever even when it isn't busy!!!!! Seriously get some new competent staff."

"I mostly go Through the drive thru but the inside is good and the ice cream Machine is never broken and the nugs are surved hot"

"Frank the manger on shift is completely useless. Needed to add to my order because I forgot my son’s hamburger. was told by frank the manager I could not because I exceeded my limit of orders per car. So now I have to go else where to eat. Key word is eat else where which we will be doing for now on. Get domino’s it is locally family owned and they don’t disrespect there customers like frank"

"Worse ever experience ,manager took my order was rushing so much that made a lot of mistakes ughhhhhhh SMH,. I ASKED FOR EXTRA RAW ONIONS. AND GAVE ME .75 CENTS. MORE EXPENSIVE ONE ,. I TOLD HER THAT SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ONIONS AND SHE OFFER TO TAKE BACK THE GRILL AND GIVE ME THE RAW BUT DIDN'T OFFER TO AJUST THE PRICE ALWAYS IN A RUSH,. I ASKED FOR MUFFIN SHE GAVE ME BAGELS NEVER APOLOGIES, NEVER SAID SORRY,.. DIDN'T EVEN TRIED TO HELP. WOW WORSE MANAGER EVER!!! I don't eat BAGELS so had to throw them out."

"as soon as i ordered the staff was rude. the floor was so dirty, the bathroom was covered in human feces and my mcrib was cold. if i ever come back here is to see it close down. worse macdonalds ever."
