Welcome to Nookies, a culinary gem nestled at 1400 Silvermere Road, Greenport, New York 11944. As a standout in Greenport's vibrant food scene, Nookies offers a delightful fusion of nostalgia and innovation, all within the iconic Silver Sands property. Partner Chef Ryan Hardy, famed for his Manhattan eateries like Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones, collaborates with Chef de Cuisine Finn O’Hara, formerly of The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn, to bring a unique dining experience that honors the 67-year history of our 45-acre estate on the Peconic Bay.

At Nookies, our menu is a tribute to the rich bounty of the North Fork, featuring the freshest local ingredients, including our own Pipes Cove Oysters from our 15-acre oyster farm. Each dish is a harmonious blend of land and sea, crafted with a Mediterranean flair that is both seasonal and whimsical. Whether you're savoring our pillowy biscuits or enjoying our house-smoked fish, every bite celebrates the region's natural beauty.

Join us from June to September, Wednesday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and from October to May, Wednesday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Adjacent to Nookies, Eddie’s Oyster Bar offers a laid-back, sun-drenched dining experience under a century-old oak tree by the water. Named after a beloved former owner and passionate oyster farmer, Eddie's menu features wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, hyper-local oysters, and masterful seafood dishes, all complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list. Enjoy the unfussy vibe of the North Fork, relax on our Bocce courts, or simply let the gentle bay breeze whisk your worries away.

Eddie’s Oyster Bar operates from July to August, Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. In September, join us Friday to Sunday during the same hours.
