"The pizza was tasty, crispy, the service was welcoming and the only down side is there is no restroom"
"Never mind the time I called for delivery and the manager screamed at me for not knowing it’s pick up only. Recently I stopped there to pick up a pie I thought my wife ordered from there.. turns out she hadn’t, and it was another place. The employees told me “you guys shoulda ordered here, we have the best pizza”. I ignored the fact that everybody looks like they are on the nod, and said to myself that the next time I buy pizza I will try there. My mom is in town and we ordered three pies recently. When we went to pick it up, my mom asked what the soup d’jour was… the guy looked high on something and could barely answer. When they brought the pizza to us, the pies looked burnt and had the look of old pizza. Like they had some cheese pizzas sitting around and just put our toppings on them. Did not look or taste like fresh pizza. Secondly the guy opened each box in front of us under a seriously dirty overhead vent which blew cold air down at them and began slicing the pizza in front of us. He was also high on something and had trouble rolling the pizza slicer…why weren’t these sliced before we arrived?? Tf? Look I understand drug addiction and I’m not knocking them for that, it is an incredibly difficult battle, but the owner should fire all his nephews and get a real set of nice clean and articulate employees. What shocked me was that people were coming in to buy pizza other than me and my mom. These poor folks must be oblivious to the ten other pizza parlors in the area. What’s my point? They told me the time I went by accident “you should have ordered from here”… and my response now is, no. No I shouldn’t have. It is the worst pizza on Long Island. Had the pizza been good, I would have overlooked the strange vibe and environment. But sheesh. It was awful. I hope they will see this and accept my critique with openness to improve and not take offense to it. My intention is to help consumers and producers. Good day and ta ta for now"
"Undoubtedly the best pizza on Long Island. There’s a reason why they’ve been open for 30 something years. Never disappoints."
"Honestly.... I'm not too sure what good anyone could say. They basically serve the small neighbourhood. From spur to sunrise, penetequit to Saxon. The crust is drenched in Creole, YUM the uncles who run the place are rude Followed by some dead beat father of two who is not only literally schitzo, but also makes women bleed from every oralhice on their face. Seen videos of the past two "allegations" and would testify under oat to that. Dredge on the neighbourhood on borrowed time with a name only someone who doesn't know the back story would support. Have at it! Honestly. Put best buy bay shore in the gps and check out buesetos in the best buy strip. Much better, much friendlier, more memorable experience and this is someone who has been to both dozens of times with nothing to gain from posting this."
"I ordered two large cheese pies, only paid for one thank god I didn’t pay for the other one once I came home and opened the box and saw the disheveled and uncooked saucey pizza nearly made me gag and fume at the same time especially for being 20$ for one pie not worth it at all. Never again save your money and go to La Casa in Bay Shore."
