"The service here is deplorable. Ordered from the app two separate days 15 minutes ahead of me getting there. Still waited with other customers waiting for their app orders also."

"This location is short staffed and constantly out of donuts. I will say that their morning staff is typically pleasant and willing to accommodate. I’ve ordered off the app multiple times and had items be out of stock, but the morning crew is good about getting you an alternative option and apologizing. However, their staff that works later in the day is awful. They’re rude and always slow. But I’m not too sure I blame them. I think their is a poor management issue as they are frequently out of donuts and seem short staffed. I get it later in the day, but I’ve gone there various times between 3pm-7pm and been told they’re either out or have a pitiful selection. Additionally, the donuts are frequently stale. I’d rather go to the Patchogue location or venture into the one in BJs (even if they have less variety, they’re usually well stocked and nice). Such a shame as it’s a drive through and a great location. Management/owner needs to step it up!"

"SLOWEST DUNKIN EVER During the day but Unbelievable went inside because the line was super long , also I waited in line for about 10 mins until my order was taken and I had to wait another 8 mins for them to make my drink they are so concerned about the drive-through then the people inside and the Dunkin’ worker gave me the wrong drink and then had a attitude when I told her it was the wrong drink. Rather come here at night than during the day the night staff is better."
