"Awful, employees don’t know how to do their job, I asked for extra mocha and they gave me less than what’s normally in it. This is not the first time they have completely screwed up my drink. Absolutely terrible and not worth the time or money."

"Workers are extremely rude. I’m not expecting top tier service but a smile and a hello would be nice. It’s every time I go in, the workers just give a blank stare and say nothing when they take my order, a worker even once took a private phone call mid order and walked away. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, makes me not want to come."

"Been a customer from Dunkin a long time but this location has some workers that really don’t even want to be there. They have stale faces and their attitude from just taking the order to handing it out is quite displeasing. I understand it might just be a job for you, but at least show some interest on the people that go there on the regular just for some coffee. Everyday finding the same people with those attitudes makes me rethink of even going to Dunkin. If the attitude of the workers from today evening would change, I know the location would do better as a whole."

"While this would be a better review if everything was made to order and the staff was more pleasant with its customers. It’s Dunkin, the food is good for on the go, but when a customer orders items the way you like it, it’s supposed to be made to order and it’s not. I’ve gotten drinks filled more with Ice than the actual drink"

"WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Ordered a dozen donuts, frozen coffee and banana bread on the app. When I arrived, they didn’t have 4 of the donuts I selected, the frozen coffee machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have the banana bread. I asked for a refund of the items they didn’t have and was told I needed to go on the app and contact customer service (that is apparently closed on weekends). To add insult to injury, the donuts were hard and stale. This is a brand new location and they are horrible. The two girls working there spent more time texting on their phones and fooling around than helping customers."
