"Called headquarters I explained some of my experience. Not all. I figured when they call, I can explain everything. Waiting for someone to call me back Opened sandwiches. No lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo. Just a bun with what's supposed to be roast beef looked dry, old, and processed bruised. That's what they call meat? I should have known something was up when I was looked at a few times during whispers behind the counter. No exaggerating!! On hindsight I should have opened the sandwiches before I Left. Never in my life had such a disgusting experience. I am so disappointed in Arby's. Never again. I traveled far to get something we haven't had in a long time. Throw out the two roast beef sandwiches. We work very hard for our money and can't afford to waste it. And we were famished. Very up set and disappointed!! I deserve to be compensated big time!!! But we know that would never happen!! I'm still waiting for them to get back to me and refund my money!! A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!"

"No problems with the staff but some of the menu items were complete disappointments. It feels like you don’t get nearly as much beef on the regular roast beef sandwiches or slides as you used to a year ago. Their Philly cheesesteak was also the most anemic version I’ve ever gotten from a fast food restaurant in my life. +$10 dollars for a combo that barely any filling between the roll at all. They also charge you for water; not bottled but the tap line connected to the soda dispenser."

"4.25 stars. As far as fast food places go. Arby's is fairly good. The classic roast beef is still as good as I remember It's not bad I haven't had one in 20 years. Just wanted a quick snack and stopped in to get a classic. Nice clean shop a little TV in the corner the basketball game on is a nice touch. 4.25 stars because I just don't think that it's worth 10 bucks for two sandwiches and a small drink. I think both sandwiches plus a drink should be like maybe 7. I don't see the value. When there's so many other things to choose at $10."

"The employees are my favorite part of visiting, they’re painfully considerate and encourage you to try new things. They get creative with sauce/food combinations. Food is always hot and fresh even if it takes a minute or two it’s worth the wait entirely, no one wants old food that’s been sitting under a heater all day."
