"We have been going to swolehouse for sometime now. Everytime we come here we are always greeted with a smile. The owner is so nice and all the employees there are just as knowledgeable! We usually go on Thursdays and the sweetest lady is working there. The meals taste absolutely amazing, along with their shakes! So happy we decided to try swolehouse! We are now hooked! "Was looking for a salad spot and came across this place. I got spinach as my base with quinoa, croutons, carrots, and tomatoes as a topping and steak as my meat. I didn’t get any cheese. They have a Buffalo ranch sauce that is SO good I only ate it with my steak though. They also give discounts for first responders. Definitely will be coming back & telling my co workers."
"Today I picked up a whole bunch of food from Swolehouse Meals . They are a partner of ours so with the discount it was a great price (Join Long Island foodies on FB). Hell even without the discount it was awesome. As you see I live a very active life between work and soccer we are constantly running. I want to start eating healthier where we can and not going out to dinner as much. They have such a variety of foods plus they offer completely custom meals depending on your dietary needs. I will be posting here and there what I'm eating for lunches or breakfast. Place is neat and clean and the owners were awesome I got to meet both of them today. Such an awesome time and Joe is such a knowledgeable man. They have breakfast lunch and dinner and even desserts available in there grab and go refrigerators. You can even place your order for pickup or delivery. Get your orders in by Thursday and they're ready Sunday"
