"Went there today for a pickup order. My order said it was done on the app. I was waiting to tell the lady my order # but she completely brushed me off. The app said my order was ready and I saw it on the counter. I even showed her the number. She even picked up my order. She said no your order isn’t ready. So then I asked another worker and said that my order was right there. Those girls didn’t look like they wanted to work there. Dont work in the food industry then."
"When you come here you must double check and make sure you have all your food because they make way too many mistakes. However the food is overall decent."

"Went there multiple times as a kid and loved it! Came back to NY and visited the same location. The food are made super fast and they have a spacious dining area with self serving kiosks. To further substantiate for my positive experience, the staff were also amiable and affable. The experience is just simply too ineffable and palpable (intense) to describe."
