"They send out my pancakes without syrup or even a straw for my drink. Like how hard is it to do your job correctly. It’s fast food industry not engineering. It’s not hard to verify if you have everything in the bag needed before it goes out. This is why I feel automation of these jobs is needed. Way too many lazy workers in these positions. People just stand around do the bare minimum and expect to move up in the world."
"Overall, the food at this McDonald's is edible and meets the expectations for fast food. However, the presentation often leaves much to be desired. The burgers frequently fall apart due to excessive amounts of sauce or careless assembly. This makes them look unappetizing and inconvenient to eat. It would be great if the staff at this location paid more attention to the careful assembly of the burgers, which would improve the overall dining experience."
"I can come here once every few months. My double cheese bun is always a little burnt. The cashiers are slow, you have to ask them to bring you a drinking straw and a napkins. One time they forgot to put the sauce, and instead I got someone's hamburger. And sometimes they put ten packets of ketchup, although I clearly don't need that much. One of the self-service terminals is not working. It is quite clean and has plenty of seating"
