"I placed an order at a location to be told that they had no food available and that I couldn't cancel the order. It was a super disappointing experience. They insisted that I had to cancel on my end, as there was no way to cancel through the BK app. It feels like they are using this as way to scam customers, as it's a hassle to contact customer support for a refund, and most people won't bother. It seems the franchise owner are taking advantage of their customers. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this location due to their lack of transparency and poor customer service."

"This burger king is located inside a gas station. Ordered delivery from here twice and both times it was incorrect. My 2nd time ordering was the worst. I ordered the 22$ promo meal which included 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sandwiches, and 2 8 piece nuggets. I also ordered a Hershey pie. When my food arrived all I received was ONE 8 piece nugget and a Hershey pie. It is absolutely ridiculous they missed the whole order. When I called they told me to reorder something and have it delivered so my previous order can be delivered to me. So you’re telling me I need to reorder delivery and pay more fees because of your screw up. Ended up going there to pick up my whole meal. Would not recommend ordering from here."
