"My experience was amazing. I came in to pick up an order and the order wasn’t ready so the owner kindly offered me a soda and made me a shrimp ball and it was so delicious. I highly recommend this place for the amazing owner and the amazing food. I hope everyone goes there and supports this new business!"
"The bulgogi bowl was delicious, perfectly cooked grill chicken with a little spice. Their wings are also excellent, we had the gangnam, sweet and spicy, and gochujang, all were tasty."
"The food is delicious, I must say that. But if you're looking for fully authentic Korean flavor (at least in the bibimbap and tteokbogi) this isn't exactly it. Tastes more like Chinese ingredients in Korean recipes. I still enjoyed my food, it was delicious and portions were HUGE. But you can tell it's like a Chinese version of Korean food. Just an FYI for anyone really craving that gochujang, sesame flavor with kimchi, pickled radish and marinated burdock root. Instead you'll get a (very yummy) blend of oyster mushroom, jalapeño, and fresh cabbage."
"The place is very well thought out, the boxes and bags have all had thought put into them, and the chicken is made fresh to order. Everything is crispy and delicious! My only comments would be that the soy garlic wings definitely need more garlic, and the wait time is extensive if you order in person. Make sure to call in advance! Otherwise, I hope this place gets a lot of business."
"So glad that a Korean Fried Chicken place opened near us! Much more accessible than Bonchon. The portions were very generous (chicken pieces were sizeable and was filling after 2-3 pieces each person) We went with the combination special (15 wings) and was given 5 wings (gangnam style), 5 soy garlic boneless and 5 sweet and spicy boneless. The gangnam style reminded me of popeyes fried chicken with a kick. The boneless wings were not as dry as I expected of boneless which was amazing. Personally, I feel the soy garlic wings could be more garlicky and the sweet and spicy wings (sweet chili sauce) could use more garnishing. Some seasame seeds could go a long way. I would say the flavoring (SG and SS) are a tad below Bonchon in terms of flavor profile but for the price point, definitely a great choice. Something about the chicken reminds me of Chinese Fried Chicken (think 98K). We hope the establishment does well and will definitely be coming back for the value."
