"Horrible customer service and major attitude from staff. 35 min wait after ordering??? I can live with the wait, but the attitude from the staff is uncalled for. There is another shake shack in the terminal on the way to baggage claim, I would give that one a try or avoid it all together."

"First of all, this isn't the only shake shack in this terminal and some of the other reviews (definitely the one referencing gate 22) might be referring to the other, idk. When I dropped by at about 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, the line was a bit long as was the wait - I probably waited 5 minutes on line and 10 minutes for the food. But considering how many people were ordering, I think those were really great wait times. The employees had a pretty good production line going to handle the demand. The food was cheap for airport food - a cheeseburger for $8.79 + tax is pretty decent for an airport. I guess if your flight is close to boarding then skip it in case you get held up. If you're like me and arrive hours in advance, then I think this is a pretty good bet."

"idk what these reviews are about. i had a lovely strawberry milkshake with fudge, a Shack burger with lettuce tomato and shack sauce, and honestly pretty quality fries. one of best airport restaurants ive gone to."
