"Have given this specific location more than one chance and they’ve disappointed each time. Food is disgusting. Not fresh at all. My order has always been either wrong or missing items. Product quality and efficiency is alarmingly low here. Avoid this branch if you can. Sounds like they’ve hired a bunch of people who truly do not care nor have any customer service skills. Do better."
"The customer service was horrible the guy at the drive-thru was super mean. Do you think it's funny to bully at Uber drive? I came here to pick an order for customer and they were giving me a hard time. I would love to report this fast food restaurant and let other customers and other Uber drivers know that people that work here are very unprofessional and bully's. I asked to talk to a manager and he was no different. I'm going to go ahead and drive through and get their names... They refused to give their names. It happened today just wanted to let you know I'm going to call the police and report all this.... Its 2:07 am 7/27/24 I called the police for harassment and waiting for them to take the report. I hope this kind of disrespect, harassment or bulling will not happen again to anyone......"

"Here is my issue with this me and my fiance came into Wendy's I order a double pretzel Baconator a combo large he orders a triple Dave also large combo I know the Frosty's and the salad so my thing with this we get charged for whatever we order right and it wind up coming up to 3131 so mind you when we get the food everything except my sandwich which that was one of the first things we but it's not in the bag so we wind up ordering it and paying for it again only to find out the Dave's triple is what's not in there and we got charged for that so we wind up getting two double pretzel baconators but on one of my receipts one is a triple pretzel Baconator which is supposed to be the Dave's triple which we got charged for it didn't get it at all and ticket number 6077 and 6076 I remember the ticket numbers and I still have one of the tickets but my thing is this I wish people would pay attention to when somebody's ordering something it would help a lot you can't have people working back there and not understand. What anyone is saying that doesn't help anybody and you have people still coming in and putting in orders still waiting just as long as us it's got to be better work rotation back there or let's just have people working there to work there I noticed sometimes they don't even call out the numbers and just because they have a display board that shows the numbers what help is that what if an individual was blind and couldn't see that there's a lot of things that could be done I'm not going to give up on y'all yet I just I would appreciate if I could get that burger that I got charged for and never got that would be great I will change my review when things get right you know I will attempt and probably come to the store again and see how next experience would be like I used to come here on the regular and never really had a problem it's been a while and I can see you change the people that work in there now because it is not the same and I'm being completely honest and if you screw up again you will know about it"
"Visited yesterday and the food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Everything was clean. The soda machines were a bit of an issue. One worked, the other didn’t. Staff however, could use a bit more training in terms of customer service and demeanor. This store is wheelchair accessible, has a great layout and clean bathroom stalls. There is parking available as well. It’s in a great location in this central area. I dined in as well as carried out."
