"No one is asking McDonald’s for something that they provide and fall short of that service. My partner had an issue yesterday because he has a medical condition he had to use their bathroom. We did purchase from them presented our receipts, and he stood there for a long time about 10 mins trying to get him to the bathroom, no one came to open it. The staff was asked several times no one came to help. He had to leave to get assistance somewhere else. Is this where the world is going out people no longer have respect for someone with medical conditions to have to use the bathroom. Sad we will not be going back there ever again to support McDonald’s and I am for everyone to stop by for McDonald’s because The Eastern Parkway branch their staff gave us attitude after asking more than twice."
"I went there today and there was a new redesign! This is the 2nd time I've seen a new design, first was when they changed the store from red to Black and gray etc. The redesign for the cashiers place looks amazing."
"Their was a cockroach In my food. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No restaurant fast food or otherwise should be serving cockroaches in the food . It’s is absolutely disgusting! Where is the quality control? Moreover it was clear that the associate who put the food together knew about the cockroach. She handed me the order without even calling the order number. It was extremely rude. She was also frowning at me as if she didn’t want to help me at all. Never going to this McDonald’s ever again."
