"I’ve ordered from here a lot of times before but the last few times it’s been terrible. I’ve ordered food using the chic-fil-a app who delivers from DoorDash and my order is either wrong or missing items. I work in a hospital nearby so I don’t have time to eat at normal hours (other shops are closed) or I’m in a rush. So to get food that’s incorrect is highly disappointing giving my disposition. I ordered a salad and medium fries. Salad came with 2 different dressing that wasn’t my selection, while fries was raggedy as hell with no salt and again missing the sauce I selected. It’s as if someone just threw stuff in a bag. Last time my salad came with absolutely no dressing. I was starving so I forced myself to eat a very dry salad. It just seems like my order is being rushed with no-one properly looking."

"Upon entering, I was promptly welcomed by an employee with an iPad who took my order without delay. The cashier was personable, and I could choose as many sauces as I liked. The interior was tidy, and the food was served promptly. I would highly recommend this spot for takeout. The chicken was perfectly crispy and fresh. This location offers significantly better food and service than the Herald Square branch."

"The front of the store is overrun by food delivery service bikers. The pickup area is separated for the delivery area, but sometimes the bikers take over the dining tables. The people at the counter are wonderful as usual. The food is fresh. The fresh drinks are loaded down with sugar, so ask for half a cup of water before adding the juice mixture. The store is clean and no one is distracted by their mobile devices. You won't be disappointed but let the staff know if you want to dine in rather than takeout. You know to clear the table of delivery service people. Eat up!"
