"Weak $24 double drinks, confused employees, late food delivery……I don’t get their order and pay system that instead of adding efficiency, it creates a chaotic and underwhelming experience. Not using them again unless they have traditional service. Gratuity is for good service, good quality. None of these apply here."

"Beware of scam - should have its license revoked from Port Authority I normally don’t post negative reviews, primarily I comment on the quality of the food. I travel extensively and I visit all sorts of venues. This is going to be an exception. We approached the Mexican counter at EWR asking for the carnitas tacos. We paid and waited. After 10 minutes the server hadn’t started to prepare the food so we asked to hurry up as our flight started to board. Instead of apologizing, they started to litigate than it hadn’t been 10 minutes and then they proceeded to refuse to start to cook the order, calling management. When we said that there was no more time for us to wait as the flight was boarding and that we wanted a refund, they said that they couldn’t and they referred us to a website. After some doing, we followed their instructions and filed a claimed, with all the details with the promise that we would be refunded shortly. Instead we received the attached message 5 days after our purchase, and it is obvious at this point that they have little interest in serving their clients. My advice is to stay away from them, as the extremely low rating is dead accurate."

"Most miserable dining or bar experience you can have. Order your own items as if you are a fast food kiosk. Beg for a glass of water from passing by Employees who often don't care. No cash. Order through your phone only. All of terminal C restaurants are the same entity...so as long as they have the contract, doubt anything will get better. Employees are miserable and it's noticable. Sad."

"I stopped for a burger and beer while waiting for a flight. They ran out of the beer I ordered, but showed up with a perfectly acceptable replacement…no big deal. The Berger was good for what it was…overpriced airport food. I really can’t complain about this spot."
